Title verbatim
"The AI Film Workflow No One is Talking About...Yet"
What to fix
  • Consider adding a specific benefit or outcome (e.g., 'saves time' or 'cuts costs') to strengthen the value proposition beyond pure curiosity
  • The ellipsis-Yet construction is strong but slightly overused in YouTube titles—test whether a more direct teaser ('The AI Film Workflow That Changes Everything') performs better

[Two confident figures, center-frame, studio setting] + [Professional crew and equipment, soft-focused background] + [Bold yellow 2-word text, center overlay, high contrast] + [Mixed warm/cool studio lighting for credibility and visual interest]

subject center · emotion: concentration · face large · bright_on_dark · palette: Warm tungsten studio lights (gold/amber) on left side, cool blue accent lights on right side, neutral gray studio walls, black clothing on subjects. Yellow text pops aggressively against this mixed warm/cool background. High saturation and strong value contrast ensure the text dominates at small sizes.

What to fix
  • The male figure's neutral expression could be slightly more engaged or knowing — a subtle smirk or raised eyebrow would amplify the 'insider secret' vibe without overdoing it.
  • Consider whether the female figure's gaze direction could lock more directly at camera to increase viewer connection and intensity.

First 30 seconds
So, I recently released an AI short film which utilized Seance 2.0. Reactions were very positive, so I thank you for that. And as promised, today we're going to do a full like masterclass breakdown of the film, including all the various production tips and techniques I picked up along the way. And per usual for these kinds of master classes, I'll go over the time it took and roughly block out the associated costs so you have a good idea of how much this might cost you if you take on a similar project.
What to fix
  • Lead with a concrete number: 'I made this AI short film in 48 hours for under $200, and here's exactly how.' Start with outcome + constraint, not gratitude.
  • Remove the 'as promised' framing—it assumes the viewer watched your last video. Lead with what THIS video delivers, not what you owe.
  • Open with the most surprising production detail or cost breakdown in the first 3 seconds. 'Most people spend $5K on AI films. I did it for $200' stops the scroll immediately.

What to fix
  • This is 8+ minutes of expository content, not a 30-60 second Short. It violates the total_duration_seconds constraint and lacks the compressed emotional arc required for Shorts. If this were a Short, it would need to be cut to a single idea: either the film reveal OR one production technique, not both.
  • No loop-back to the hook. The video opens with 'I released an AI short film' and never circles back to that promise—it just keeps adding new information (Claude, Luma, tools, workflow). A Short would end by referencing the opening claim or showing the result again.
  • No clear CTA. The video trails off mid-sentence at 8:00 without a call-to-action, subscribe prompt, or link to the newsletter mentioned at 6:12. A Short needs a punchy, time-coded CTA.
