Niche King operates on a monthly subscription basis.
Niche King is offered on a month-to-month basis.
Clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Work already delivered is not refundable.
All deliverables created by Niche King are licensed to the client for use on their own channels.
Clients retain ownership of their YouTube channels and content.
Niche King retains ownership of:
Niche King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period.
Niche King reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
