This acknowledgment is required at checkout via the Stripe consent checkbox. Refund requests citing "Niche King did not teach me a craft I had not learned" (or substantially similar) will not be honored. The YouTube Growth Promise (below) covers the growth of your channel, not mastery of a topic.

Annual Niche King memberships include the YouTube Growth Promise: if you meet the conditions below and your channel is not growing when your paid membership year ends, you may request a one-year extension of your membership at no additional charge.

Conditions:

• You publish at least one video per week to your connected channel, following the plan, topics, and packaging the Niche King system builds for you
• Weeks in which you do not publish pause the promise period; they do not void the promise
• The promise applies per channel, to the channel connected to your membership

Definitions and remedy:

• "Growing" means your channel has more total views and more subscribers at the end of the measurement period than at the start of your membership, as shown in your own YouTube analytics
• The sole remedy under this promise is a free one-year extension of your existing membership, granted upon request made within 30 days after your paid year ends
• The promise is not a cash refund, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and does not apply to months already elapsed

Your understanding of this promise, including that its remedy is a membership extension and not a refund, is acknowledged at checkout via the required Stripe consent checkbox.

By accessing or using the Niche King website (nicheking.video) or web application (app.nicheking.video), operated by Video Niche King LLC ("Niche King," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Niche King is a YouTube strategy and content tools platform that provides AI-powered niche research, content strategy recommendations, and content generation tools (titles, thumbnails, scripts, descriptions).

Niche King provides strategic guidance and AI-generated content assets. Unless a separately purchased YouTube Strategy & Publishing service explicitly says otherwise, we do not provide:

• Video editing or production services
• YouTube channel management
• Uploading, scheduling, or publishing content on your behalf
• Community management or comment moderation

A separately purchased YouTube Strategy & Publishing service may optimize and upload videos you have approved and authorized us to publish. It does not include filming, video editing, or video-production services.

Accounts are created by an administrator. To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account that has been authorized by an admin.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account access with unauthorized individuals.

Niche King connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. By connecting your channel, you authorize us to:

• Read your YouTube channel information (name, description, banner)
• Search for publicly available YouTube videos related to your niche
• Read public video metadata (titles, descriptions, view counts, durations)

The standard software integration does not modify, delete, or upload any content to your YouTube account. A separately purchased YouTube Strategy & Publishing service may upload only videos you have approved and expressly authorized us to publish; it never includes editing or deleting your content. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Niche King uses artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic and Google) to generate titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions, and strategy recommendations.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and creative tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Text generation tools accessed through the Niche King connector (titles, scripts, and descriptions) are executed by the AI provider you connect and authorize, using your own account and subject to that provider’s terms and pricing. Niche King supplies the niche research, decoded competitor data, and generation rules that the model works from; it does not supply the model or the compute for those tools.

Thumbnail design is produced the same way as text: the AI provider you connect writes the image specification from our decoded research. Where that provider is capable of image generation, the image is rendered by them, on your account. Where it is not, the specification is supplied to you. Images generated inside the Niche King web application are rendered on Niche King infrastructure and are included in your subscription.

Tools used inside the Niche King web application are executed on Niche King infrastructure and are subject to the usage limits described in your plan.

Niche King is sold as Yearly: $297 billed once a year for one channel, which renews automatically each year until you cancel (cancel anytime in your account; access runs to the end of the year you paid for); or Lifetime Access: $497 once for one channel, or $997 once for up to 10 channels. Lifetime Access lasts for as long as Niche King provides this product and does not renew. Both include support through a form and do not include live sessions. Earlier buyers of the 3-payment plan finish their payments as agreed.

If you bought a monthly or yearly subscription while those plans were offered, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed to at checkout, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time under Billing in your account. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and payments already made are not refunded except under the Fit Guarantee below. Stripe emails a receipt for each renewal; you can cancel anytime in your account before the renewal date.

Lifetime Access never renews. One-year plans bought before October 5, 2026 are not subscriptions and do not renew either. They keep the terms disclosed at their checkout.

Every new purchase includes a 14-day Fit Guarantee: the first payment of Yearly, Lifetime Access, and Lifetime Access, 10 channels. Renewal payments are not covered. Earlier purchases keep the refund window disclosed at their checkout. If the live Strategy is not right for your business, submit a support ticket within the applicable window. On approval, we will issue a full refund.

When a refund is issued, access to your Niche Strategy, the tools and the MCP data layer ends immediately. A refund also ends any live-session access included in that purchase. We do not provide downloadable copies of the live strategy or data layer as part of this offer.

It is not a promise of views, subscribers, revenue or a particular video result.

Niche King does not guarantee:

• Views, subscribers, or revenue
• Algorithmic performance or search rankings
• Growth outcomes of any kind

Results depend on your execution, consistency, niche competitiveness, and factors beyond our control.

The YouTube Growth Promise (above) is a defined service commitment with a specific remedy (a free membership extension) under specific conditions. It is not a guarantee of views, subscribers, revenue, or any particular outcome.

You are solely responsible for:

• Filming and editing all video content
• Uploading and publishing to your own YouTube channel(s)
• Maintaining your channel settings, branding, and community
• Reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use

We are not responsible for delays, missed uploads, or performance issues caused by lack of execution.

Niche King may operate on a subscription basis. If applicable:

• Fees are charged per the selected plan
• There are no refunds for completed or partially completed billing periods, except under the applicable published Decode Fit Guarantee for eligible purchases
• Services continue only while the subscription remains active
• Plans with a stated term cannot be cancelled during it. The YouTube Strategy & Publishing plan is a 12-month commitment, because that is how long the guarantee runs, and how long a channel takes to tell you anything worth acting on: you commit to all 12 months at sign-up. You may pay it in one instalment up front or in 12 monthly charges; either way the commitment is the same and there are no refunds.
• A YouTube Strategy & Publishing term does not renew automatically. At the end of it, any further work is a new agreement that both sides enter deliberately. Subscriptions such as Yearly renew as described above until you cancel. On plans with no stated term, you may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

AI-generated deliverables (titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions) are licensed to you for use on your own channels.

Niche King retains ownership of:

• The Niche King platform, software, and interface
• Internal frameworks, processes, and methodologies
• AI prompts, systems, and strategic processes

You retain ownership of your YouTube channels, original content, and uploaded materials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or AI-generated outputs as a competing service
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
