TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the Niche King website (nicheking.video) or web application (app.nicheking.video), operated by Video Niche King LLC ("Niche King," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Niche King is a YouTube strategy and content tools platform that provides AI-powered niche research, content strategy recommendations, and content generation tools (titles, thumbnails, scripts, descriptions).

Niche King provides strategic guidance and AI-generated content assets. We do not provide:

• Video editing or production services
• YouTube channel management
• Uploading, scheduling, or publishing content on your behalf
• Community management or comment moderation

Accounts are created by an administrator. To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account that has been authorized by an admin.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account access with unauthorized individuals.

Niche King connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. By connecting your channel, you authorize us to:

• Read your YouTube channel information (name, description, banner)
• Search for publicly available YouTube videos related to your niche
• Read public video metadata (titles, descriptions, view counts, durations)

We do not modify, delete, or upload any content to your YouTube account. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Niche King uses artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions, and strategy recommendations.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and creative tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Niche King does not guarantee:

• Views, subscribers, or revenue
• Algorithmic performance or search rankings
• Growth outcomes of any kind

Results depend on your execution, consistency, niche competitiveness, and factors beyond our control.

You are solely responsible for:

• Filming and editing all video content
• Uploading and publishing to your own YouTube channel(s)
• Maintaining your channel settings, branding, and community
• Reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use

We are not responsible for delays, missed uploads, or performance issues caused by lack of execution.

Niche King may operate on a subscription basis. If applicable:

• Fees are charged per the selected plan
• There are no refunds for completed or partially completed billing periods
• Services continue only while the subscription remains active
• You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

AI-generated deliverables (titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions) are licensed to you for use on your own channels.

Niche King retains ownership of:

• The Niche King platform, software, and interface
• Internal frameworks, processes, and methodologies
• AI prompts, systems, and strategic processes

You retain ownership of your YouTube channels, original content, and uploaded materials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or AI-generated outputs as a competing service
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
