16 videos a month, about four hours of Shorts and four hours of long videos, everything else done for you. New channel or an established one, the plan is the same.
5 spots a year. That is all there is. Five clients at a time, and never more. Your niche strategy, your setup and every call are me personally, and because every spot is a 12 month commitment, five at a time means five is all that opens in a year.
What a channel needs: eight hours of filming a month, twelve Shorts and four longs, and your business runs on.
You film about 8 hours a month. I do everything else.

Every price in the right hand column is a published market rate or something I charge today, and where the published range is wide I have used the bottom of it. The line that matters most is my own: $5,000 a month is what people pay me to coach a channel and nothing else. Everything above it used to come free with it.
- It is a 12 month commitment, because that is how long the guarantee runs, and how long a channel takes to tell you anything worth acting on. No refunds. At the end of the 12 months we decide on the next year together. Nothing renews on its own, and everything we made is yours either way.
- The guarantee runs the same 12 months, so the commitment and the promise cover exactly the same stretch. If you are not at 100,000 subscribers at the end of it, I keep working and I do not charge you again until you are.
- The year is one invoice from me, paid by bank transfer. We set it up on the call.
Or the 4 people you would hire instead
This is the team it takes to put 16 videos a month on a channel and keep them working. Senior people, because junior people need somebody senior to check them, and that person is the one you are actually missing.
- Senior video editorcuts, captions and finishes all 16 videos$99,700

- Senior social media managerthe uploads, the scheduling, the optimising and the reporting$68,000
Every salary above is the 75th percentile, which is the top quarter of what that job pays in the United States: ZipRecruiter, United States, 75th percentile, September 2026. Base salary only. Payroll tax, benefits, software and equipment are on top of every one of these and are not counted here. And you would still be managing all four of them.
- The same every month, for as long as you stay. No setup fee, no per video fee, no refunds.
For a new channel: 100,000 subscribers in 12 months. Or I keep working for free.
If your channel is not at 100,000 subscribers at the end of month 12, I keep writing, reviewing and adjusting at no charge until it is.
Already past those numbers? I work with channels of every size. The plan is the same, and we set your 12-month target together on the first call, in writing, and I hold myself to it the same way: if you are not there at month 12, I keep working for free until you are.
No refund to fight over. No discount. I keep writing your scripts, reading your results and adjusting your plan, every week, at my own expense, until you are there. I can put that in writing because I have done this before, and because the plan is built from what is already winning in your niche, not from a guess.
You stay the 12 months, you film every batch when it is due, and you let every video go up as written, with the title, description and thumbnail as written. That is all I ask.
Why 12 months and not fewer: you are filming these yourself, around a business you already run, and that is what sets the pace. Results differ for every channel, so I would rather write down a number I can hold myself to than one that sounds good on a call.
You hit record. I do everything else.
All of it runs inside Niche King, the software you log into: your niche, your research, your show, every script, every edit and every posting date, on one screen.
Ready to be the king of your niche?
Five clients at a time, and never more. Your niche strategy, your setup and every call are me personally, and because every spot is a 12 month commitment, five at a time means five is all that opens in a year. Leave your name and email, pick a time on the next screen, and on the call we set your target in writing. Already sure? Start today at the price above.
What people ask me before they buy.
What happens if I am not at 100,000 at month 12?
I keep working for free until you are: the scripts, the review, the adjustments, no invoice. That is the number for a new channel; if you started past them, the target we wrote down on the first call is the one this applies to. You stay the 12 months, you film every batch when it is due, and you let every video go up as written, with the title, description and thumbnail as written. That is all I ask.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a 12 month commitment, because that is how long the guarantee runs, and how long a channel takes to tell you anything worth acting on. Most people pay the year up front, $100,000, which is 12 months for the price of 10 and saves you $20,000: one invoice from me, paid by bank transfer. You can pay $10,000 a month across the 12 instead if you would rather, but it is the same commitment either way, just without the 2 free months. You cannot stop partway and there are no refunds. At the end of the 12 months we decide on the next year together. Nothing renews on its own, and everything we made is yours either way.
Why do I have to film a whole batch at a time?
Because that is how people finish. about four hours of Shorts and four hours of long videos covers everything, so you are never deciding whether to film today. Filming one at a time is how a plan quietly dies in week three, and I have seen it too many times to allow it.
Why 12 Shorts and 4 long videos a month?
Because that is what a channel actually needs to move, and it is still a pace you can keep while running a business. about four hours of Shorts and four hours of long videos: 12 Shorts on one of them and 4 long videos on the other. Every one is built on a format already winning in your niche, which is why this beats a flood of average ones. If you can film faster and want more, we talk about it on the call.
How much of my time does this take?
24 days a year. About four hours of Shorts and four hours of long videos: 12 Shorts on one, 4 long videos on the other, from my scripts, in order, one take each. Everything else, the niche, the show, the scripts, the titles, the edits, the posting and the weekly review, is on me and the software.
Why subscribers and not leads?
Straight answer: the subscribe tap matters less every year. YouTube decides what to show people from what they actually watch and finish, not from who pressed a button. What 100,000 is worth is everything that comes with getting there. It is proof to a stranger that you are worth their time, it makes the next 100,000 cheaper because the audience you built is already watching, it is the point where brand deals start showing up, and it is a target a year of work can be pointed at instead of a vague wish to grow. And it is the one number you and I can both see on your channel every day, which is what lets me put a guarantee on it. I cannot guarantee a number only one of us can check.
Who is this for?
You will get on camera and say the words I write, in batches, on a schedule. You can film a batch when it is due, month after month, without needing someone to remind you. You want the plan, the scripts and the edits handled by someone who has done this for nineteen years, and you are willing to do the filming yourself.
Who is it not for?
You want to write your own scripts or pick your own titles: the plan is the product. You want someone else on camera: the filming is the one part that is yours. You are not ready to commit to 12 months: a channel cannot be judged in less, and I will not take the spot of someone who is. You may want your money back: there are no refunds.
Do I need a channel already?
No. Charles started from zero. If you already have one, I use what it has already taught us.
I already have more than 100,000 subscribers. Does this apply to me?
Yes. Already past those numbers? I work with channels of every size. The plan is the same, and we set your 12-month target together on the first call, in writing, and I hold myself to it the same way: if you are not there at month 12, I keep working for free until you are. The pace, the price and the minimum are the same; only the target is yours.
Do I need equipment?
A phone, good light and a quiet room. The templates do the rest. If you have more, great; you do not need it.
Can I post something last minute?
Not through me. Nothing I write or schedule goes up less than two weeks out. This is a planned service: your month is written, filmed in its two sittings and scheduled ahead, and that is why it works. Once in a blue moon, fine. As a habit, no. If you want to post something of your own on the side, that is your channel.
What if I miss a shoot day?
Then you film it the next day and keep going. The plan is your Shorts in order; the calendar is there to keep you moving, not to punish you. What I will not do is rewrite the plan around someone who stopped filming.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
We decide on the next year together, and nothing renews on its own. If you are at your number we talk about what the next year looks like; if you are not, the guarantee takes over and I keep working without charging you again until you are. Either way everything we made is yours: the niche, the research, the formulas, the scripts, the videos and the channel.
What about long videos?
4 a month. A new channel gets found through Shorts, so they lead; the long videos are for the audience they bring. I write them, you film each in one take like a Short, it comes out edited the same way in a wide frame, and it goes up with three titles and three thumbnails: the first pair on the video, the other two ready for YouTube's own Test and Compare in YouTube Studio, which is the only place YouTube lets anyone run that test.
What exactly is the weekly review?
Two things. Written, in the app: I read every Short you posted that week, graded against the winners in your niche, and write you what worked, what did not, and what I am changing: your templates, a format, the scripts still to come. And live: a live group call every week, with me and everyone else on the plan, where we go through it together. On top of that, two private calls with me every month, just us on your channel, and a written report on your channel every two weeks.
Do I have to edit?
No. I set up your editing templates and your show, and a raw take comes out cut, captioned and finished. If you want to change something, you can; you never have to.
Do I have to post?
No. Every video goes up on your channel at its time with its title, description and thumbnail; you never press upload. You can watch it happen from your plan, and you never have to.
Is anything outside the price?
Nothing you need to run the plan. Anything else, we agree on in writing before it starts. No surprises.
